To make a High Tea Event Booking Enquiry, please fill out the form below, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm details and secure your deposit.
Please be aware that there is no auto response, we will personally answer each and every booking enquiry. We endeavour to contact everyone within 24 hours, however due to the high number of bookings we receive, please allow 1-3 opening days (Thursday - Sunday) for your enquiry to be answered and don't forget to check your spam email folder, and voicemail messages. Thank you for your understanding!
Terms & Conditions:
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit is required.
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed a minimum of 12 hours before the booking date. As we bake everything fresh daily, we need this time to prepare the appropriate and correct amount of items for each day.
Therefore, If a guest does not arrive, payment for their food will be charged. Food can be served at your table or packaged for takeaway.
If you need to cancel your booking your deposit will remain valid for 12 months. You may transfer the booking to a new date or you may exchange for a voucher, valued to the same amount, to be used at either Tea & Niceties or the Pavilion, Mt Tamborine.
Please Note: Cancellation of booking will be accepted a minimum of 12 hours before your booking date, (With the exception of Covid related cancellations, accepted until 10am on the day of your booking). Failure to do so will incur the loss of your deposit.
We offer a selection of local wines and craft beers to purchase.
We allow balloons and gifts on tables. No confetti or glitter please.
Code of Conduct:
No intoxicated patrons will be permitted.
No abuse of any kind will be tolerated.
All patrons will be considerate of each other and of our staff.
We expect patrons to treat our venue with respect.
Patrons will be asked to leave immediately if they breach any of these conditions.
